Single-row cylindrical roller thrust bearings are designed to withstand heavy axial loads and shock loads in one direction, but not radial loads. The bearings have high rigidity and require very little clearance. They are mainly used in applications where the load-bearing capacity of thrust ball bearings is insufficient. An important feature is the separable design, which facilitates installation and allows the individual parts of the bearing to be interchangeable. Thrust cylindrical roller bearings are often combined into high-rigidity bearing configurations that can withstand heavy loads and vibration loads without difficulty.
Thrust cylindrical roller bearings can withstand large axial loads in one direction, but cannot withstand radial loads. They do not have self-aligning capabilities.
Thrust cylindrical roller bearings can be divided into thrust cylindrical roller and cage assemblies, shaft washers and seat washers.
811 series and 812 series thrust cylindrical roller bearings consist of thrust cylindrical roller and cage assemblies, shaft washers and seat washers. The important parts are thrust cylindrical roller and cage assemblies.
Thrust cylindrical roller bearings are only suitable for machines that bear axial loads on one side and have low speeds, such as crane hooks, instant water pumps, instant centrifuges, jacks, low-speed reducers, etc. The shaft washers, seat washers and rolling elements of the bearings are separated, high-speed reducers, etc. The shaft ring, seat ring and rolling elements of the bearing are separate and can be installed and removed separately.
