One-way thrust ball bearings can withstand axial loads in a single direction. They cannot withstand any radial loads. Their components are separable for easy installation and removal as well as maintenance and inspection. Most parts are interchangeable. The inner hole of the shaft ring is ground to achieve an interference fit with the shaft.
Separable design facilitates installation and removal as well as maintenance and inspection

This single-row angular contact ball bearing can withstand radial and axial loads acting simultaneously, while axial loads can only act in one direction. Depending on the type, this bearing can operate at high speeds or even very high speeds. It can withstand larger axial forces in one direction than deep groove ball bearings.
High speed capability
Can withstand higher radial loads and larger axial loads in one direction

Self-aligning ball bearings have two rows of balls, a common spherical raceway on the outer ring and two continuous deep groove raceways on the inner ring. They can accommodate angular misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing, such as caused by shaft deflection. The tapered bore facilitates mounting with an adapter or withdrawal sleeve.
Accommodates static and dynamic misalignment
Excellent high-speed performance
Excellent light-load performance
Low friction

Single row tapered roller bearings are designed to carry combined radial and axial loads with low friction during operation. The inner ring assembly with rollers and cage can be mounted separately from the outer ring. This separable, interchangeable bearing is easy to install, dismantle and maintain. Mounting a single row tapered roller bearing close to another bearing can obtain preload and achieve rigid bearing applications.
High axial and radial load capacity
Can carry unidirectional axial loads
Low friction
Long service life
Separable, interchangeable components

Spherical roller bearings can accommodate large axial loads in both directions. They are self-aligning and can accommodate misalignment and shaft deflection with little increase in friction or temperature. Designed with relubrication features. Available in modular systems, including housing, mounting sleeve and hydraulic nut
Can accommodate misalignment
High load capacity
Relubrication design
Low friction
Long service life
Increased wear resistance

Drawn cup needle roller bearings are often used in applications where the housing bore cannot be used as a raceway for the needle roller and cage assembly, but where a particularly compact and economical bearing arrangement is required. Due to the large number of rollers, the bearing has a high load capacity and rigidity. The closed-end design makes it suitable for bearing arrangements mounted on shaft ends.
High radial load capacity
Can accommodate small axial guide forces
High rigidity
Small cross section
